Answers

1. How do I set up a new patient appointment?

Stop by our office and complete our comprehensive new patient packet.  This will give the providers the information they need to assess your situation and pick a provider that best suits you.  Our staff will then contact you to schedule your first appointment.  Be sure and bring your picture ID and insurance cards with you.  Typically you can expect to be seen within one to two weeks.

2. What should I expect when I come in for an appointment?

You will be greeted by our courteous front desk staff.  Your co pay or deductible will be collected and you will be given an update sheet to complete.  This form will give your doctor a quick overview of what's been going on since your last appointment and help them better utilize their time during the appointment.  We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the check in process.  Your provider will always strive to start your appointment at the scheduled time.  We realize that your time is valuable too!

3. How do I pick the best provider for my needs?

If you visit our "Meet Our Providers" page we have made every effort to compile a complete profile for each of our providers.  Each of them is individually suited to different and unique area of practice.  We strive to offer a variety of treatment styles to meet everyone's needs.

4. What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans.  Every insurance company is different and they often offer multiple plans.  We suggest that every patient contact their insurance and verify that their provider is covered on their plan.  Our staff will do their best to assist you with any insurance questions you may have.  We have found that a joint effort between the patient and staff is the best way to be sure that all of your claims are paid.

5. Will I see other providers in your office?

Your provider will always be your provider.  If you see one of our physicians you may be referred to one of our therapists or vice versa.  However, our physicians and therapists always see their own patients.  We recognize that the relationships between a provider and patient are trust based and should not be compromised.
